14 Day Return Policy

All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. The original packaging contains a bar code that helps us identify your items with your order, so your account can be credited successfully. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

In the event your product is damaged or defective, please submit a Return Form within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect. The manufacturer will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a refund. The manufacturer will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request with an explanation of its decision in accordance with our Print Guarantee Policy. See Below.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please read our refund policy carefully. 

Please submit a request for any defective, flawed or damaged items that you receive. We stand behind all of the merchandise printed for you. Printed, cut and handmade with the high quality and accuracy, we are your trusted resource for fulfilling your customers orders. That is why we offer a 100% print guarantee! Whether your merchandise has been damaged in transit, a design flaw was produced, we are committed to providing solutions and making it right for you. Our in-house Customer Experience team is fully equipped to process your return request quickly and efficiently so you spend less time waiting, and more time making your customers happy. 

In the event your product or your customers product is damaged or defective, please submit a Return Request within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect. FandF Style will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a refund. FandF Style will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request with an explanation of its decision. 

To return an item, please place the item securely in its original packaging with original tags and mail your return to the the address of the fulfilment center that it was shipped from. There will be a return address on the packaging. If the packaging for some reason does not have a return address please contact customer service at (310)-433-7782 and the correct address will be provided. 

Please allow 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. FandF Style will reimburse the customer with the shipping fee in addition to the cost of the product if the refund is granted.
